Wedding by Amanda Christy and Lee. Ohhhhh this couple. They might be one of the MOST FUN two people ever. I knew I was in for a treat when Christy told me they were making their grand exit at The Foundry at Puritan Mill via slip ‘n slide. I knoooooowwww, right?! However, a broken foot […]
A smile spreads across my face when I think about Joey and Alexis and all the memories of their Little River Farm wedding. These two have become friends of mine, and I know life is better because of it. They are full of life, laugh ALL the time, and are a “red carpet” couple, no […]
Kayla and Joe’s festival-inspired Atlanta backyard wedding was one of the most memorable of my career! Every detail down to the disco ball over the dance floor was intentionally chosen and representative of both Kayla and Joe. They are fun-loving souls with hippy-leaning hearts, and their family and friends know how to THROW DOWN. It […]
This is a wedding I won’t soon forget! Rap-loving goddess Shannon was the epitome of the perfect bride in a stunning long-sleeved Wtoo gown, and her joy was unmatchable. There were several moments throughout the day she stopped and soaked in such a magical day (colored in perfect Autumn neutrals) as she prepped to marry the Jay-Z to her Beyonce, Craig.
This sweet couple. I knew I was in for a good time when they pulled out a bottle of wine at the beginning of their engagement session. I left their Athens wedding with a full heart just the same! Laughter is imminent with Kristin and Josh; they are constantly making each other laugh (and hello, […]
There’s no doubt a southern spring day in the mountains brings all the romance, so to say these high school sweetheart’s wedding at the Farm at Old Edwards was swoon worthy is an understatement. This day had been long awaited and anticipated by many, so the excitement was unbeatable! Allie’s attention to detail and the […]
Madi and Ian were high school sweethearts, and tied the knot surrounded by 20 of their closest family and friends. The intimate ceremony took place at “the spot”. This hideaway by the lake was where Ian asked Madi to be his girlfriend in high school, where they went for important convos while managing long distance during college, and where he would ultimately propose.
I’ve been thinking about how to put this day into words, because it was such a special wedding to be a part of. Carolyn and Sebastian are yell it with me IN LUUUUHHHVVVEEEE. Like nose burns, lots of tears in the eyes, all the romance kind of love. When I asked them what they appreciate about each other, they both mentioned how well the other loves them. I could’ve guessed that! I also wanted to share a little of their perspective from the wedding day.
Kate and Kyle’s love goes back all the way to 8th grade. These two have known each other since 4th grade, but their romance started a young love in middle school! Kate says her favorite part of the day was walking down the aisle in the church it all started at (they went to the church’s school together), and being married by the Pastor who’s had such a big influence on their lives over all the years.
