Fine Art Albums | Dash Photography
Our fine art albums are a huge part of our experience. They are heirlooms we’re sure you’ll pass down through generations. The album design process is one of our favorite parts of the Dash Experience! While living in a digital world has its perks, your story is told in art form through photography. Therefore, it’s intended to be displayed as art! There is something nostalgic about flipping through pages and remembering moments from this celebratory season.
Our Fine Art albums are hand bound and mounted on 1/16″ board making each page a sturdy print. Each set of images is printed on our signature deep matte paper creating a luxurious matte finish that is velvety to the touch.
Here is more on our process to creating these beauties:
You choose the images in the album through your gallery (wedding clients) or our rating process (seniors). Typically, 60-75 images are in the album, but there is always room to add additional pages if you want more memories. We use these photos as a guide to design your album template making sure everything flows according to your story. Don’t worry, you have two complimentary revisions to ensure everything is absolutely perfect.
Finally, once you love and approve your album draft, you will choose from 25+ cover options including linen, leather, suede, and velvet textures.
If you want to know if we’re really fans, Amanda creates a fine art album for each year of her family’s life filled with travel images and memories of the previous year. We truly love and believe in these treasures!
