Hi friends! Katie here! One of the best ways to break into the wedding photography industry is seconding shooting with established photographers. Before I show you this stunning Swan House wedding, here are few tips for what most photographers look for when hiring a second shooter. It’s important you are confident and capable of shooting […]
Welp, I can finally cross off this bucket list location. Max Patch, you are EVERYTHING. A torrential downpour happened the entire hour leading up to our session, but the sun made its debut just in time. Clouds hovered over the rolling hills in front of us making Savannah and Travis’ Max Patch engagement session magical. […]
Bre and Drew blew us away with their Summerour Studio wedding this past fall. Bre is a little bit of an introvert with the sweetest personality and is incredibly easy to talk to. She has a way of setting you at ease during conversation. You can tell she has tons of love for her friends […]
Finally getting around to sharing this stunning wedding at Summerour Studio last May! One of my favorite moments from this day was most definitely Megan’s first look with her father and their letter reading as a family. *cue the tears* It was so special for Megan to have an intimate moment with her parents and […]
We asked Madeline what she would tell someone about finding the “right” one, her response gave me all the feels. She said “Be patient. Know your worth and clearly communicate your expectations. Forgive your partner and don’t begrudge them for past mistakes. No one is perfect and you must wake up each day and choose to fight for your relationship and fight for your partner. However, as long as you BOTH are willing to fight the good fight, and honesty and loyalty lie at the center of your relationship, love will conquer all and it will be the most rewarding experience.”
“Shelby and TJ’s wedding was the perfect combination of casual and enchanting. The couple exchanged vows in front of a wooden arbor (built by the groom!) decorated with an arrangement of pink and white blooms. Shelby’s bridesmaids wore mismatched dresses in shades of lavender and blush and were escorted down the aisle by groomsmen in dress shirts and ties…”
Mary Margaret and Spencer tied the knot on the most perfect overcast day at the Foxhall Resort. The clouds made for some stunning portraits – let me tell ya! These two are down to earth, kind hearted, thoughtful and as genuine as you can possibly get. Their family and friends adore them, and the look […]
Abby + Jeffrey tied the knot at the Greystone Estate a couple weeks ago on a beautiful spring day in Georgia, and it could not have been more perfect. Abby’s attention to detail and style is unmatched; she owns a thriving local boutique, so this comes as no surprise. The pops of color mixed with feminine details were breathtaking, but what really made this day worth writing about were the moments expressing the tenderness of these two’s love story with their families and each other.
